Investigation on dynamic characteristics of a rod fastening rotor-bearing coupling system with fixed-point rubbing

چکیده

Abstract The aim of this paper is to gain insight into the nonlinear vibration feature a dynamic model gas turbine. First, rod fastening rotor-bearing coupling with fixed-point rubbing proposed, where fractal theory and finite element method are utilized. For contact analysis, novel force introduced in paper. Meanwhile, Coulomb adopted expound friction characteristics. Second, governing equations motion rotor system numerically solved, characteristics analyzed terms bifurcation diagram, Poincaré map, time history. Third, potential effects provided by degree joint interface, distribution position, amount layer discussed detail. Finally, contrast analysis between integral conducted under condition rubbing.
